Jennifer Cupples
Band Director
Mrs. Cupples is originally from Gibson County and graduated in 1999 with a Bachelors in music education from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Mrs. Cupples has taught in Jackson-Madison County Schools for 16 years and is currently the Director of Bands in the Chester County School System. She teaches 6th grade Beginning Band, 7th and 8th grade Intermediate Band, 9th - 12th grade High School Concert, Marching and Jazz Bands, Color Guard Class, and Music History Classes. In addition to teaching, Mrs. Cupples plays French horn in the orchestra at Englewood Baptist Church in Jackson, TN. She currently lives in Henderson, Tennessee with her husband, Jeff Cupples, and two children, Jaxon and Jacie.
Mr. Gatlin is in the midst of his fourth year teaching and second year teaching 6th - 12th Vocal music and assisting the 6th - 12th grade Band at Chester County. Prior to CCHS, he taught for two years with Union City Schools. In addition to teaching, Mr. Gatlin also serves as the Director of Music at First United Methodist Church in Lexington, Tennessee. He is a 2012 graduate of the University of Tennessee-Martin with a Bachelors degree in Music. He currently lives in Jackson, TN with his wife Lauren and dogs Izzy and LC.
Briana Ziebart is antcipating starting her second season working with Chester County Color Guard. She has worked with many bands in and around West Tennessee for 5 years. When not working with Color Guard, Briana works at Gabriel's Educational Center as head teacher in her class.
